Noël

Alliance Francaise de bangalore had organised Petite dejeuner pour les etudients on the occasion of Christmas week.

We were cordially invited to taste les baugette, les croissoints, chaud au chocolat, l'oranges, confiture et beurre.

Around 8:30 am we gathered near the corridor and the event kicked off with a quiz for students on French  festivals. Hosts  were struggling a bit to manage the crowd with hesitant hosting. I did not win any prize! not that i did not answer but questions were barely audible.Quiz was followed by Christmas carol (en francaise :) ) which had a surprise element for the audience ! Just when we thought they are going to sing sweet carol they screamed! but crowd did not notice as everyone was hungry! ? I suppose .

"A piece of chocolate is hidden in  a croissoint and anyone who gets the croissoint with hidden chocolate will get a gift" Lucas malcoms (course director) announced.(Nobody got the Croissoint alas!) There was also Tirage au sorte(lucky draw). Though i never won lucky draws i wrote my name anyway but as expected i did not win. My classmate aishwarya won the draw and she can attend her intermediate class sans course fee. good luck gal!

Best part of the event was that there was a message board for Santa and students wrote their wish addressing dear Santa. When i was writing my wish on the board i saw many messages written most of it asking Santa to show their soul mates!
